DFT Recruitment Scheduling CRM

HTS helped fulfilling DFT’s CRM vision by providing a single platform, accessible via web/mobile that provides planning, scheduling, monitoring and a single view of a campaign with a high level of automation. This will house all ‘offline’ recruitment activity throughout agencies, including but not limited to standard recruitment, digital recruitment and SCS recruitment activity.

The Project includes:

  • Streamlined in-house solutions into one CRM solution with automated business rules, increasing efficiency/quality and removing duplication of efforts
  • Enhanced user experience/service offering for resourcing leads in each agency, vacancy holders (for which the scope is DFT wide) and DRG staff. These enhanced experiences will in turn result in a more transparent and controlled operation function as well as contributing to our ‘Time to Hire’ reduction targets and our ‘Improved Vacancy Holder experience’ ambitions
  • Full Compliance with GDPR and CSC recruitment principles through total audit capability and the ability to quickly and confidently respond to FOI request and complaints
  • Increased diversity of candidates. The CRM will support this by monitoring and prompting diversity considerations at each stage of the recruitment process
  • Improved MI capability through understanding the ‘whole’ journey and dashboard operational analytics available to each user for real time analysis
