Dear colleagues,

2020 was a remarkable year for HTS Ltd despite the COVID 19 Pandemic ; we have extended our services portfolio to large public sector organisations including the Cabinet Office, No 10 Downing Street, Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC), Government Shared Services(GSS), Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), Department of Business Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) and private sector companies including IBM, Santander Bank, Dixons Carphone and Reed Exhibitions.

As a service to the community and helping recover from Covid-19, Hyper Talent Solutions launched various employee engagement programs to drive team spirit and ensure a sense of belonging. Structured employee engagement programme is in the works, to keep the morale and spirits of employees high, while working from home. We have come up with a series of wellness initiatives for our employees, arranged counselling service for employees who need emotional support.

HTS brought the same passion and commitment to our clients and the work we deliver every day. We are providing insights and guidance to small businesses searching for ways to cope with the operational stress generated by COVID-19. We are honoured and privileged to serve the UK central government. This reflects our success in today's competitive Information technology, Digital, Data and Info Security industry. I would like to take this opportunity to thank our staff, our customers and all the third-party contractors who helped to make this possible.

I am pleased with the progress we have made. I know we can and must do better, and we will. We are looking forward to an exciting 2021.
